As the founder of Prism Impact Solutions, I help mission-driven organizations design fundable programs, develop strong proposals, and build practical systems for implementation, monitoring, reporting, and learning. My work supports nonprofits, public agencies, universities, and community-centered partners working across public health, education, workforce development, behavioral health, and social impact.

My background spans public health, anthropology, social epidemiology, psychology, county government, nonprofit program development, and grant-funded initiatives. I bring a systems-oriented approach to helping teams clarify goals, align partners, structure programs, and translate complex ideas into funder-ready plans.

Inspired by my Salvadoran heritage and roots in Stockton, California, I center equity, cultural integrity, and practical implementation in my work. My goal is to help organizations build programs that are not only measurable, but meaningful.
