Jake Abarca, MPH

Social Impact & Systems Strategist

Prism Impact Solutions

My professional journey is shaped by two truths: that purpose demands both clarity and care, and that real change starts with understanding how humans—and communities—grow and heal. As the founder of Prism Impact Solutions, I collaborate with nonprofits, foundations, universities, and government partners to design programs that are evidence-based, equity-centered, and aligned with human development values.

Drawing on a foundation in public health, anthropology, social epidemiology, and psychology, I explore how identity, systems, and culture shape community outcomes. My approach blends systems thinking with community-immersed research, examining how narratives, environments, psychosocial, and biological factors influence learning, healing, and growth. This lens supports how I design programs, build evaluation frameworks, and write strategy-aligned proposals that resonate across sectors.

Inspired by my Salvadoran heritage and roots in Stockton, CA, I center equity and cultural integrity in everything I do. Whether advancing youth development, workforce equity, or education reform, I bring both rigor and resonance to the table, helping organizations build programs that are not only measurable, but meaningful.

When I’m not designing strategy or studying the human mind, you’ll likely find me boxing, meditating, or working on a home renovation, always in pursuit of meaningful investments, insight, and impact.

I partner with organizations ready to elevate their strategy, sharpen their story, and deepen their impact. Let’s start a conversation.
